Ms. Britt seems like a nice person . Unfortunately nice does not win you over in court. She represented me on a family law matter and had NO exhibits. None. No evidence was presented on my behalf and she relied solely on my testimony. She was also not knowledgeable family law , but some how worked a...t a family law firm. My case was not studied properly which led to her only knowing initial information about my case. I had to inform her about what had been going on during my case on my COURT DATE at the last minute. In the end , the Judge chewed her up and spit her out and we looked stupid and unprepared, which ultimately caused me to lose my case. It's not worth it.

My traffic infractions have been pretty straightforward over the years but for the first time, I was faced with a potential Jury trial. Ms. Britt was recommended to me by a colleague and she did not disappoint. She was very responsive (within 30 mins). Paid great attention to the details of my case ...and put me at ease. My case was dismissed before I even made it into the courtroom. Highly recommended!!!

I tried to hire Ms Britt for a matter that i currently have. spoke to her for about two weeks, set up an appointment to meet up to discuss my case and what could be done for me. i advised her that this is very important for me and i really needed her, she seemed excited, she seemed enthusiastic about... representing me. Well the day came for her to meet me and NOTHING no call no text no i got stuck in court i'm sorry. and when i text her to bring to her attention how she had let me down, and to ask if she was still going to represent me she said to find another attorney! this has never happened to me before i was Leary because she doesn't seem to have an office but for this to happen was totally unacceptable! she seemed sweet but i cant tell you how capable of an attorney she is because she ditched me.

I recently had a scary situation happen that really threatened the Security of my job and my livelihood of my family. I hold a cdl, I'm not an over the road trucker, but my job requires that I sometimes drive specialized equipment that is heavy and requires a cdl. Long story short, I was driving a br...and new piece of equipment and I missed a weigh station, and had incorrect tags on my truck. I got tickets for both- The point values attached to these tickets would have caused immediate suspension of my cdl and ultimately cost me my job. I did a lot of research in determining who I wanted to represent me. I called most all of the traffic attorneys in the area. Needless to say, I chose Elizabeth. Elizabeth was perfect and I couldn't have received better council or better representation. From the beginning, she was very honest about expectations and ultimately exceeded all of them. She handled my case as if she was defending herself personally- and that meant everything to me. Her professionalism is the best I've seen- bar none. She was very knowledgeable, I told her the situation and she developed a plan of action and followed through to the end. She always returned my calls, and always texted me back if she was in a meeting. She was extremely thorough every step of the way. The results were a great success and I know it would not have turned out the same if I chose someone else. In that world, a lot of it, is about your reputation and who you know. Clearly, everyone in the courtroom knew her and she was very well respected by her peers. She took complete control when we entered the courtroom and did an amazing job. I can honestly say, if you have recently gotten a ticket and are seeking council, Elizabeth Britt is the best available. After everything settled, I called Elizabeth to personally thank her for all she did, and insisted she give me a link where I could share this story with other people And hopefully help someone else out . I'm taking the time to write this review, because she was an answered prayer for me and I'm confident she'd be one for you too.
