Biography
My practice is dedicated to helping disabled individuals recover Social Security disability benefits. I have been practicing law since 1988, and have helped thousands of folks recover disability benefits. I handle most of my cases on appeal, after a client has been turned down for disability by the Social Security Administration.
My main office is in Asheville, North Carolina, but I maintain a national practice. No office appointment is necessary; I can handle a case from start to finish via phone calls and email.
When I'm not in court, in my spare time I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with my kids.

Very bad experience.
His paralegal swore until 2 days before my trial we were good to go. I got the call Friday that he was no longer my attorney giving me no time to find another attorney before Monday morning.
