Did not have to say anything.
Just asking for help on Avvo. Did not need to be told im entitled to be attacked by family and left homeless for 23 months.
You are a complete jerk - anyone reading you comments and replies can see you are a complete jerk and frankly you deserve what you get for being a complete jerk!

Nasty, pompous and condescending
Simply asked a question about my situation and asked for any "insight" one could provide. Insight was the only not provided in her response. She even accussed me of being guilty, criticized me and mocked me for use of my time and efforts, despite not knowing anything about me. My guess is this woman ...
And I simply gave you an answer - you just didn't like it. Likely because you know it is true that you are wasting your time trying to 'fight' the traffic ticket that you yourself admitted on a public forum that you were in fact speeding. My guess is you are so entitled and ignorant that you see truth as "nasty, pompous and condescending" when it doesn't fit your narrow view of things and I'm also betting my guess is more correct than yours. You will find out after your court date - unless of course you decide to take my "nasty, pompous and condescending" advice. Which you probably will - your just too full of your own crap to admit you are wrong.

Horrible advise
When asking a question about a custody order and seeing parent can provide me with location as to where kids will be sleeping when not at his residence, she told me I was too controlling to want that? Lol she’s a joke! Who doesn’t want to know where their 3 and 4 year old are staying when not at fath...
Awww, did someone not like my response to the question they asked on the public forum Avvo telling them they were likely being controlling and unreasonable? I don't even really need to respond to that point - your review pretty much proves who you are to everyone. You know, normal people understand that when they post a question on a public forum they don’t get to dictate and control the answers they get. You may get answers you like and you may get answers you don't like. Normal people just take whatever information they do get and use the bits they find useful as they see fit. Controlling and unreasonable people, like you, tend to become angry and whine about how they got an answer they disagree with. Regardless, me answering your question on Avvo does not make you a client or even a potential client. But as to your suggestion that actual clients and actual potential clients look at my reviews - yes, they absolutely should! I have a 4.6 Google Review Rating and Avvo and the state bar clearly show I have no instances of misconduct. Your review didn't even put a scratch on my over 4 star rating. So there are basically a whole lot more people who disagree with your - assessment (or more accurately your control induced pissy fit simply because you didn't like my response). Essentially not every person that a law firm comes onto contact with is a nice decent person. There are plenty of over reaching, over bearing, jerks in the world - even if only on occasion. What I tell people who act as you do is that I'd rather represent their ex. Which is what I told you. So if you want to call the state bar and tell them that - please, be my guest. They will likely get a laugh like most others reading your review. One last thing, if getting the simple fact of the matter truth or even just an opinion that differs from yours in a response to a question you ask causes you to act the way you did - perhaps you should consider not asking questions. I hope your ex mops the floor with you in court - the children deserve better than you.

Condescending and unprofessional
When asked about a speeding ticket case, she openly insulted me and was very condescending. Here is one of her messages to me verbatim: "By all means keep continuing [sic] to waste your time typing out lengthy stupidity I don't care about but is none the less [sic] quite amusing - dance more little c...
You speed, you got caught. You came here on Avvo and asked for advice on what to do. I told you to hire an attorney to handle it for your properly. Instead you want to be a jerk and waste the courts time not once but according to yopu on five occasions. Arguing ridiculous and irrelevant things you know nothing about like jurisdiction and due process - for a traffic ticket! You then proceed to call all attorney liars and thieves and the justice system itself is a sham. In this world you get back what you give and put out and frankly, that is as it should be. So yes, you are indeed your conduct has earned you the badge of a laughable little clown. But, hey you can always change ways - it's never too late to stop being an entitled jerk.

Very rude
I had asked a legal question on a platform and asked about when a vehicle is towed if they can charge you for days they are closed. She decided to tell me I had a very “entitled attitude “ for asking this question and said that was probably the reason my vehicle had been towed. She has a poor attitud...
It is my opinion that your car got towed because of your attitude with the officer. Normally your car would not have been towed for what you were charged with. When you ask a question on a public forum normal people understand you may get responses you like and you may get responses you don't like. You don't get to dictate how others respond - you simply take the information you get and do with it what you think is best. You seem to think if the answer isn't to your liking that the responder is rude, this is the very definition of entitled and your review not only demonstrates that but also shows my theory of why your car was towed is likely accurate. In short, your car likely got towed because of you and that's simple truth not rudeness.
