Morgan & Forb, PLLC

Mr. Morgan ensured my family was protected and treated fairly concerning an inheritance that came from a relative in Canada. We were struggling to get clarity and once we hired Mr. Morgan, he navigated us through the process and made sure we were treated fairly. Because of his hard work and professio...nalism, we retained him to write our will. I cannot recommend him as a person and his services more.

Rental Property Resolution

We contacted Craig Morgan after our tenants became two months delinquent in their rent. He met with us, listened to our needs and helped define our goals to resolve the problem. Craig wrote a demand letter to our tenants requesting they vacate our property immediately. They moved out within 10 days. ...He then negotiated payment of the unpaid rent which we received within 60 days. It was a very satisfying experience for the first time we retained him. His fee was substantially less than another law firm we initially consulted. We highly recommend Craig Morgan and will retain him once again if needed in the future.

Sharp, Down to earth Attorney.

Craig has not only been a great consultant for many years, he is the type of guy you feel like you have known all your life. He makes you feel very comfortable with his knowledge and experience of all practices of his business as he personally has experience in each field of business, franchising a...nd real estate that not all attorneys can say, so he sees both sides of the equation. Craig takes complex situations and can break them down to layman's terms to help you better understand what is important in every detail without a lot of Attorney jargon. I would recommend Craig to the most important people I know personally and professionally. – Matt

Huge help with a Contractor Nightmare

I reached out to Craig to help out my mother who was having major issues with a contractor she hired for some work at her condo. She needed guidance as the contractor failed to do what she paid for and she needed to know what her options were. Craig laid it out and explained all the different approac...hes she could take. What impressed me was that Craig listened intently to what she said and could empathize with what she had been through. My mom feels so much better about the bad situation she is in, as she now has a since of direction and knows what her next steps are in the process. The way how Craig explained things, assured me that he has extensive experience in this area. I knew my mom was in good hands. I highly recommend Craig as he is very attentive, knowledgeable, and knows how to get the job done.

New Franchise

I contacted Craig to gain some insight into various franchise opportunities I was exploring. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent feedback, as well as some of the pitfalls that I should be aware of. He was very patient and answers all of my questions throughly.
