Biography
Leslie Jones was born and raised in Hillsborough, North Carolina. As a native of the Triangle, she is passionate about serving the community she has always loved.
She attended Campbell University, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in History. She then attended Charlotte School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2015 with her J.D. and a Certificate and Concentration in Employment Law.
While attending law school, Leslie excelled in litigation skills, earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. Leslie was also an active member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Board, serving as Associate Justice of the Carolina's Invitational and competing in a number of trial competitions across the country.
Leslie gained valuable legal experience during law school by interning in the legal department of a large, international corporation headquartered in Charlotte, working primarily with the Litigation and Corporate Compliance teams.
In her personal time, Leslie enjoys cooking, exploring Raleigh's greenway system with her dog, and spending quality time with family and friends.
