Randall and I worked on a complicated case in North Carolina where our client suffered very serious injuries at the hands of very large corporate defendants. The multiple defendants denied liability to our seriously injured client and in discovery dumped thousands of pages of documents on Randall, h...oping that he would miss something important. He was able to find the "smoking gun" papers out of those thousands and through extensive discovery and depositions his efforts led to a substantial settlement in the end. In the beginning the defendants would pay nothing, but Randall was able to catch them and get them to settle the case. Can't wait to work with him again in the future.
