 ANYONE can be arrested

I defend individuals and companies in State and Federal court.  I understand that if you are accused of committing a crime your freedom, your family, your reputation and your job may be at stake.  Don't hire an attorney based solely upon an advertisement.  With so much at stake, be certain of your attorney's competence, reputation and experience as a criminal defense attorney

If you or a loved one have been arrested and charged with a crime in North Carolina or have learned that you may be the subject or target of a State or Federal criminal investigation, the most important decision you can make is deciding who will represent you in fighting against these charges or in putting a halt to the investigation. Being accused of a crime is a most serious matter. Having a criminal conviction on one's record can have long-standing and devastating consequences for you and your family. The criminal defense attorney that you or your family should turn to should be one who possesses the highest level of professional skills, who has for years successfully represented people accused of wrongdoing, and who can assure you and your family that you will receive the kind of personalized attention and care that you deserve under this most trying of circumstances.

Top Notch Attorney
Sam handled 15 expungements for me. He is a wonderful attorney. He was always easy to reach, and takes the time to answer all questions. He is the epitome of what a lawyer should be. Thank you Sam for all your hard work.

Saved Me
Sam was very knowledgeable in his area of law and his attorney fees were affordable. He was easy to reach by phone and always returned my calls within a reasonable time. He remained positive but honest throughout the legal process. I was charged with DWLR (driving while license revoked), I have numerous DWLR on my record, because I travel for work. Sam was honest and informed me that I could possibly go to jail, but he would try his best to keep me out of jail. Thankfully, I didn't go to jail and received unsupervised probation. Sam would be the first person I would call, should I need legal representation again.

Life Saver
Sam helped my with a Misdemeaner charge. I was uncertain about what to expect, but Sam kept me calm and explained to me what the situation was. We had a trial before a Judge and I was found not guilty.

Honest Attorney
Samuel Randall took my case, without question. He was very prompt in his response time to return calls, or to actually speak to him when I called. Very polite, courteous, and informative to all aspects of my case. This attorney saved my life. His services were above and beyond any experience that I have ever had with a lawyer of any type. I would definitely hire Samuel Randall in the future, or recommend his services.
