Amy was excellent. She helped us through a last minute placement that had a few issues that needed to be worked out. She worked with us through a holiday weekend and was so sweet about everything when we where stressed and nervous. Kept in constant contact with us which was very reassuring. Later before finalization our agency closed and once again Amy was super helpful and calm and this was a huge help because it kept us calm while we worked toward finalization.

My wife and I hired Amy for the adoption of our son. We came in from out-of-state after having been matched only to discover, after arriving, that our homestudy had just expired. For the next few days it seemed like we lived out of Amy's office as she did everything she could to get us approved to take our son home. Throughout the entire (very stressful) process, we had complete faith in Amy and she never disappointed. In addition to being a highly skilled lawyer, Amy was also caring, friendly, and easy to contact... just what two new stressed-out parents needed. My wife and I cannot recommend Amy highly enough.

We were needing an attorney for our private adoption. We had a lot of questions and were hesitant to hire an attorney because we weren't 100% sure the mother would decide to place and we didn't want to "waste" money. After talking with Mrs. Fox, we felt that she understood our situation and helped to explain how their system works. She was very personable each time we spoke or had any contact. When our son was born, it happened to be on a holiday weekend. Mrs. Fox took time away from her family to correspond with us to find out what the next step would be. I really appreciated that. She had paperwork ready and was available when we needed her to be. We had used an adoption agency on a previous adoption and never had any communication. I was blown away by the communication we received with Mrs. Fox and I took time to thank her each time she would let us know anything, even "small" items. Bottom line: Very professional, very personable, VERY reliable and GREAT to work with.
