I was born in the Bronx where I resided with my family until I moved to North Carolina in 1998. My parents and siblings still reside in the Bronx and I enjoy a white Christmas with them every year.
I moved to the tar heel state to attend college at Wake Forest University on an academic and merit scholarship. I graduated early from Wake with Honors.
Unsure whether to attend graduate school or law school I spent two (2) years living and working abroad. I spent nearly a year living and working in London and I was privileged enough to secure a grant to live in Costa Rica where I volunteered for Planned Parenthood and Colectiva Por el Derecho a Decidir. Prior to returning to North Carolina I spent several months in New Zealand working at a Lodge where I learned to enjoy hiking, fishing, and snorkeling.
I returned to North Carolina in 2002 to teach at Arts-Based Elementary School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. My first grade class was comprised of sixteen (16) students who I miss dearly to this day. I also miss snacktime, storytime, and recess.
I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law as a Willis Whichard Scholar. At Carolina I was actively involved in student government, the Pro Bono Board, and the Domestic Violence Advocacy Group. I received the Ilene B. Nelson Grant for Child Advocacy and the Class of 2000 Public Interest Scholarship. I was also inducted into the Frank Porter Graham Honor Society and the Order of the Barristers. I earned my Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in May, 2006.
I began working at a small general practice firm in Wilmington, North Carolina in May 2006, and was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2007. I was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 2009. I practice family law, juvenile law, and Immigration law. I also handle Department of Social Services cases. I am a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.
I was the chair of the Criminal Justice/Paralegal Department at Miller-Motte College where I taught aspiring paralegals for 8 years. I am also honored to teach various Continuing Legal Education classes in the areas of Family Law to other attorneys.
My husband and I live in Wilmington NC and are blessed to raise our children in this beautiful city. We attend St. Luke AME Zion Church.

Invaluable Custody Modification Guidance
LAQ was invaluable in helping me secure 50/50 custody for my daughter, which she'd been telling me she wanted for a long time, but her mother wouldn't get onboard. Navigating the legal process of getting something like that started can be intimidating, but they helped guide me through it and we were ...

Should be disbarred
She failed to process time sensitive documentation which upset the plaintiff in my case causing a long and drawn out battle. When I asked her to write a letter to opposing counsel to explain her actions she QUIT. Had I known about prior disciplinary action against her I never would have hired her. Re...

Amazing
I hired Leanne to handle my divorce and from the very beginning I felt so comfortable with her. She was professional, intelligent and I felt she had my best interests in mind. I would give her 100 stars if I could.

Very happy client
I hired LeeAnne to represent me in a divorce, custody, and child support case. This was a very hard and emotional time in my life, but LeeAnne and her team were with me every step of the way. LeeAnne's knowledge, confidence, and professionalism really put my mind at ease, especially the day of court....
"Knowing LeeAnne for the full 11 years that I practiced in Wilmington, I have substantial knowledge of her skills, work ethic, and ability to practice. LeeAnne is one of the most caring attorneys I know. As a parent attorney she focused on the needs of the parent to reunify with their children and had many successful reunifications. Recently she commenced practicing as a Guardian ad Litem attorney and advocates for the children's best interests. In court, she listens carefully, argues well, and is always an advocate for justice. LeeAnne maintains a focus on settling family law cases and sees the benefit of resolution outside of court for divorces."
"LeeAnne is a dedicated, caring attorney. We have worked together on several adoption cases. She is always extremely professional and responsive. I highly recommend her."
"LeeAnne is an excellent trial lawyer and advocates zealously for all of her clients. She does a fantastic job with the local Guardian ad Litem offices as their attorney as well as her own firm's family law clients."
"I heartily endorse LeeAnne Quattrucci. Having known her before her licensure, I found her diligent, passionate, and caring. She so impressed me that I hired her! She has taken these same characteristics into the the practice of law. Undoubtedly, you will gain the same respect for her that I did."
