“I was reprimanded for an advertising violation. This reprimand was ONLY about advertising and had NOTHING to do with mishandling a clients case or legal matter. The advertising state bar rules are very unclear. One part of my violation was because my firm letterhead font was not as large as the words "this is an advertisement for legal services." This gives you an idea of what type of things the state bar will violate you for. My firm and I put forth the utmost ethics in handling clients cases”
