I am a proud third generation Rowan County attorney and am licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and Virginia. I focus primarily on Driving While Impaired defense, criminal defense, and general trial litigation. To date, I have tried hundreds of cases to verdict between the Superior, District, and Small Claims courts. Please refer to the "Cases" section on this page for a sampling of positive results I have been able to achieve for my clients. While I focus on DWI defense, I also have a succesful background prosecuting large personal injury cases. Recently, my firm settled a wrongful death and personal injury claim for $1,250,.
I am fortunate enough to have a law firm that encourages specialized training. I have taught lawyers around the State on DWI motions practice, wrote and taught a manual on bridging the gap between drunk driving and drugged driving, and taught on the various benefits or uses of continuous alcohol monitoring to help mitigate serious DWI cases.
If you need assistance with a DWI, criminal, or large personal injury matter, it would be my pleasure to help you achieve the best possible outcome. Please call my office and set up an appointment today.
