Fantastic Firm With Excellent Results

I am thoroughly pleased with the entirety of how James Jr. handled my case. He remained calm and collected, handled the prosecution with elegance, and delivered better than expected council. I will definitely call him again if I ever have the need for a professional defense attorney in the future.

James A. Davis II

James Davis II went above and beyond in taking care of our case. He got the case dismissed before the trial began - and it was amazing watching him in action throughout the entire experience. First class all the way! There was never the feeling that we didn't know what was going on, and there was nev...er any nervousness about what was going to happen next or if he would be there at the right place or the right time. He made sure our questions were answered. He made sure we knew exactly what our next steps would be, and was very respectful toward us in the process. Very impressive! Very, very impressive!

Very pleased

I had a single car accident in early January on ice where I was given a ticket for going left of center. I visited James where he made me feel like I was at home and assured me he would handle my case because I wasn't at fault. James did exactly as he said and got my ticket dismissed. I am more th...an please with he and everyone at there firm for there generosity.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
