Workers Comp

I had an injury at work and received Heather's number from a co-worker who has used her services in the past. I'm glad I contacted her because she handled my case in a very professional manner. She explained my options at every turn and handled all aspects with the insurance companies regarding physi...cal therapy. She ensured everything was in order and handled all involved paperwork promptly. I highly recommend Heather's services for anyone injured on the job. Simply put, she knows how to get things done and will take care of you during these types of complicated and difficult situations.

Workers compensation case

Heather went above and beyond to fight for me and my family to get the benifits I was entitled to on a promptly manner. She exceeded our expectations when closing the case. All we had to do is tell her we wanted to close the case after 5 surgeries and five years of being on workers compensation due t...o a foot injury. She stood by our side the entire time and never pushed me to do anything I didn’t want to do. I 100% will always use her if for any reason I have any injuries!

Excellent Experience on a Personal Injury Claim with Hearher

I used Heather as my attorney on a personal injury claim from a car accident. I met with her the first time a week after the accident and immediately felt comfortable with who I had chosen. I was given clear direction on my role and their role from the start, including their plan to help recover fr...om the accident. Heather gave me confidence from the start that we would have a successful outcome. Heather kept me informed of updates, challenges and successes throughout the process without overwhelming me with the nitty gritty details. Heather knew exactly what she was doing as you'd expect of an experienced lawyer. I also knew that she had the support she needed from her law firm to do the best job possible. In the end settlement was made in less time than I had expected in comparison to similar claims I knew of. I was very satisfied with the result and couldn't be more pleased with Heather. I highly recommend using her for your needs as well.

Professionally painless

After an accident the last thing you want to think about is paying for medical bills or dealing with insurance companies. Heather Hodge is one of the most professional individuals I have had the opportunity to work with. From the moment I reached out to her I she made me feel completely at ease. She ...handled everything for me from start to finish and made sure that I was able to keep my focus on healing. She was able to not only get my medical bills covered but also was able to assist me in getting some money because of the days I had to miss work. I would highly recommend working with Heather.
