Excellent Choice For A Landlord / Tenant Attorney

Mr. Rick Davis was very professional, polite, and a tremendous help with advising and helping me negotiate with a property management company. He went above and beyond with answering my questions and following up on the situation until this matter got resolved. hope this is the correct lawyer

I hope that this is the correct lawyer....it appears to be but the addresses and names do not match up perfectly yet the picture appears to be of the same person...so anyways I think I consulted with this lawyer and he was really nice to me and very intelligent and it was nice to be treated with resp...ect because most lawyers are not very good to say the very least.

Rental distress

My name is Keith and I actually own and manage my own properties. I contacted Mr. Davis in regard to a nightmare tenant. Yes the one we all have night sweats and chills to think about. Me. Davis was exceptional in the way he communicated to me and directed me. He was and is truly a blessing. Where ot...her lawyers , I FELT, only wanted $$ he actually was concerned. Mr .Davis assisted me with my problem first and the money last. I can only say that I will be reccomending anyone I know too Mr.Davis and wish more attorneys cared the way he cares. THANK YOU MR.DAVIS FOR EVERYTHING.

Outstanding Lawyer

I would hope I never have to use a lawyer unless its a must as I ended up have a bad experience previous Mr. Davis which he explained EVERYTHING and was from the start on my side and it actually showed he has his client at heart and not in it for the money. Hes very trustworthy direct and will see yo...u through until the end walking you through each part and does not play games and someone you want to be on your side in court. He provided everything I needed Time, Attention, Communication and that's very hard to come by in this world of the legal field. I defiantly recommend his to anyone as he cleaned up what I thought was a mess and a loss from a security deposit to giving me hope and having trust that one bad seed isn't everyone. A+++
