Mr. Whittaker provides great counsel and delivers results.

Mr. Whittaker provided much needed counsel during a very difficult marriage separation and divorce. I was very satisfied with my property settlement. A few years after the settlement was signed by both parties and the judge, I needed his counsel again (related to the divorce) and he delivered exc...ellent results. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, steadfast and keeps the process on track. I felt like I could count on and trust his advice every step of the way.

Quick & Practical

Thorough and an expert in Family law

My niece was going through a divorce with a soon to be ex that is a master manipulator as well as very dishonest. The first attorney did okay, but she was losing due to her inexperience in family law. I stepped in to assist and hiring Mr Whitaker was the first thing we did. He fought smart and hard... and results began immediately. She now has her kids back and we’re just trying to wrap things up with the angry ex. Completely satisfied with his thoroughness and patience

Excellent Lawyer and Practice

I retained Bill Whitaker, of Weaver, Bennet and Bland, to handle my divorce, and have been completely satisfied. This was a very difficult and drawn out divorce, due to the other parties involved, but Bill dealt with all the problems and delays in a timely and efficient manner. Bill kept me informe...d at all times and pays great attention to detail. I have also used Weaver, Bennet and Bland for my estate planning and was also completely satisfied with their work in this area as well.
