Bill was a saving grace when I hired him. His guidance and knowledge was beyond compare. Most diligent and prompt. He was always on top of the issues and help resolve them amicably. THANK YOU BILL!!!

David B. Sherman Jr. is a gem

I hired David during a very tumultuous time when I had a lot of confusion and fear about what I was facing in family court. From day one, David was kind, thoughtful, and thorough in explaining my options and keeping me very aware of the costs I would be facing. He's been incredibly responsive and pro...fessional and a pillar of strength and calm in our hearings. He and I have a while to be working together, and I don't feel that I could be in more capable hands. He is hands down one of the most patient and empathetic attorneys I've encountered. He has an incredible skillset and mind for navigating complex legal sotiaonsnand then explaining them in simple terms instilling calm and trust.

Child Custody

Mr. Whittaker handled my separation, divorce and my child custody case. I have never reviewed any product or service in my life. However, in this case i believe i would be doing a disservice to anyone needing a family attorney if i didn't highly recommend Bill Whittaker. Bill checks all the professi...onal boxes of experience, a history of winning cases, legal knowledge, and courtroom skills. In addition, Bill has compassion and understanding for his Client's situation and provides sincere emotional as well as legal support through the process. I was very grateful for that. Finally and importantly, my case was challenging and yet Bill was successful in obtaining a fair and equitable resolution in and out of court that I was very happy with. It left both sides in a position to move forward in positive way with their respective co-parenting roles. The future looks good from Bill Whittaker's office.

Divorce/Custody

Bill is very no nonsense, doesn't beat around the bush. He gave me great preping for trial. He left no stone unturned. He made sure I had my evidence for all possible outcomes. I like how he humbles himself in court and shows the judge respect. If there's something Bill wants to do in my case that I ...don't feel comfortable with he listens to me and respects my wishes. In the begining I was nervous that my divorve was going to be too expensive. Seeing Bill in action in court and seeing the results I'm getting I have now realized the money was well spent. He supported me through a very depressing time by refusing to let me give up on myself. Bill is not only a good lawyer he was also a mentor and a part of my support system. Worth every penny.

Experienced, Knowledgeable, Caring

Bill Whittaker represented me in a very painful separation agreement. He did everything he could all along the way, to ensure the outcome was as good as I could expect. He is so experienced, and understands the law and the court system, that I knew I was in excellent hands. I would recommend him t...o anyone needing legal counsel. I always had the sense that he was not wasting time or my money in the process. I felt he was honest and forthright about potential expectations. I would also like to say that he has a very kind, helpful, knowledgeable paralegal working with him, Cherie Carter. I feel they make a great team.
