She personally answered all our emails in more than a reasonable amount of time (and there were many). We never thought we would ever file bankruptcy. We both worked and we were responsible bill payers. But, then my husband got hurt and filed for Social Security. (the horror stories about that are true) No big deal, I was still working and then I lost my job and got hurt working a part time job and... had to have surgery. We had no choice.
