So Knowledgeable and So Committed!

When we first came to Kristen's office for professional advice concerning our financial situation, we were a little nervous and did not know what to expect. We were being sued by a credit card company and didn't know what to do about it. We provided Kristen with all of the information she requested... concerning our financial hardships, and without hesitation and with full assurance, she had an answer and a plan of action for us to take. She was so knowledgeable and confident about the plan she recommended for us, therefore our anxieties were eased, and we too became certain that everything was going to work together for our good, and we were right. Initially, there was a plan and effort to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but we learned of some information that negatively effected the Chapter 7 and made a Chapter 13 more appropriate for us. This meant that Kristen had to make adjustments and invest more time in our case, and this is where she proved to be so resilient and committed to our best interest. Her communication was always prompt and thorough throughout the whole process. As the Chapter 13 moved forward, there was a lot of resistance from one of the creditors; they filed numerous objections against our filing of the Chapter 13, including where we filed it. Once again, we became a little nervous, but Kristen always spoke with such confidence and poise about overcoming this adversity, and she assured us that everything was going to work in our favor. Kristen's legal response to the objections was so knowledgeable and complete; it was amazing. We could tell she put a lot of time and effort into fighting for us and upholding the truth, of which we are so grateful. Kristen won for us over and over again. She made my first time ever appearing in court pleasant and something I could appreciate as she demonstrated great professionalism and savvy. I can't say enough about Kristen's hard work and commitment to us! We are and always will be so grateful, and we can truly say we are better now than we were when we first visited her office. Thank you so much, Kristen, for all you have done for us, and God bless you always.

Great bankruptcy lawyer

Kristen Nardone was great in working with us through our bankruptcy case. What started off as what I assume a normal case, ended up with many twists and turns due to our ever changing situation. Ms. Nardone was there every step of the way through our case to advise us on the best solution for our sit...uation. She was knowledgeable and professional through the bankruptcy proceedings, yet she remained down to earth and personable, which eased some of the stress of having to go through the bankruptcy.

Kristen Nardone, attorney

We hired Kristen to help us through a personal bankruptcy. Kristen is definitely knowledgable on the law of bankruptcy. She was professional and compassionate at the same time. She personally answered all our emails in more than a reasonable amount of time (and there were many). This has been one of ...the most stressful times in our lifes but Kristen always made us feel better. We definitely do not hesitate to recommend her for bankruptcy needs.

Bankruptcy? Us?

We never thought we would ever file bankruptcy. We both worked and we were responsible bill payers. But, then my husband got hurt and filed for Social Security. (the horror stories about that are true) No big deal, I was still working and then I lost my job and got hurt working a part time job and... had to have surgery. We had no choice. I didn't want to lose my home. We met with Ms. Nardone and I was amazed. She understood. And even though she has heard the same story with most of her clients, she was still so compassionate. She understood the emotion. She represented us amazingly at the creditors meeting. She answered every question. (and Lord knows I had so many of them) She was always available. We did Chapter 13 and got a 5 year plan. That was 2 years ago. Know what? She is STILL available, STILL answers every question, STILL represents us with our case and a couple other issues that have arisen out of bankruptcy with my mortgage carrier. Thankfully - we are back on track. I know alot of lawyers because I work in the law field, I wish she did other areas of law because she would be my "go to" for sure. She is sharp as a tack! If you are facing bankruptcy, you want Kristen -

WHAT DO WE DO NOW? ABOUT BANKRUPTSY

We have asked for help and really got it from Kristen Nardone. After meeting just one time we knew that Kristen was the lawyer we wanted to represent us in this challenge. She was most helpful in constructing a game plan and case for us and has extreme knowledge about the law that would protect our... assets and pay our debts.
