Richard Waugaman was my divorce attorney. I couldn't be more pleased. He is fantastic. The communication was very prompt and informative. Throughout the process he was very supportive and was ready for anything- at a moments notice. He brought peace back into my mind and my life after taking ca...re of my then-husband's harassing and dangerous behavior; post separation. I felt like I had someone fighting for me. Ms. Lesnik is phenomenal! Literally. She so delicately handled my domestic violence case. She professional, experienced, and empathetic. However, in the court room she is no one to reckon with! Words cannot even begin to express how much Tiffany means to me and my family! After being taken advantage of by another local lawyer, and then attempting to represent myself in court, I prayed for a lawyer that would "understand" the ongoing abuse my son and I were experiencing. I worked with Richard Waugaman III. I would definitely recommend him. He was compassionate, caring and had your best interest at heart. There were many situations that he went above and beyond. He grounded me when I didn't think there was any ground left to stand on. Going through these kinds of ...personal situations intellect is not what you think of first. Your emotions are what are used most. He was there to ground me and not to let my emotions rule me. I needed his insight and intellect when I didn't have any at the time. I am grateful for the guidance he gave me, as it was the best guidance. It wasn't easy and he had to push me outside of my comfort zone (not in a negative way). I'm a people pleaser and don't like when others are upset with me. That being said when you're going through something like this, people aren't going to like you, what you're going to do or say, but looking back now that isn't important. When it's all said and done, they won't like you anyway, no matter what you do. What's important is that you have th right lawyer to help give you clarity in the mist of chaos. You believe that you're world is falling apart, but it's not. And a good lawyer like Richard will help you see that. He worked hard for what was best for my situation and ultimately what was best for me.
