I am writing this as a critical warning for any parents or legal professionals considering Tiffany Lesnik. Based on my direct experience, there is a profound lack of integrity in her reporting and testimony. In my case, Ms. Lesnik provided testimony under oath that was demonstrably false. I was fort...unate enough to have recorded our interactions, and those recordings prove she lied on the witness stand. If I hadn't taken the precaution to record her, I would have been at extreme risk of her perjured testimony being accepted as fact. Gen. Stat. § 15A-287). As long as you are a participant in the conversation, you have the legal right to record it without her knowledge or consent. • Documentation is Mandatory: Without an audio-backed paper trail, you risk your words being twisted or fabricated in court. I have already filed a formal grievance with the North Carolina State Bar. I urge you to do the same to ensure accountability and to protect other families from this behavior.

I worked with Richard Waugaman III. I would definitely recommend him. He was compassionate, caring and had your best interest at heart. There were many situations that he went above and beyond. He grounded me when I didn't think there was any ground left to stand on. Going through these kinds of ...personal situations intellect is not what you think of first. Your emotions are what are used most. He was there to ground me and not to let my emotions rule me. I needed his insight and intellect when I didn't have any at the time. I am grateful for the guidance he gave me, as it was the best guidance. It wasn't easy and he had to push me outside of my comfort zone (not in a negative way). I'm a people pleaser and don't like when others are upset with me. That being said when you're going through something like this, people aren't going to like you, what you're going to do or say, but looking back now that isn't important. When it's all said and done, they won't like you anyway, no matter what you do. What's important is that you have th right lawyer to help give you clarity in the mist of chaos. You believe that you're world is falling apart, but it's not. And a good lawyer like Richard will help you see that. He worked hard for what was best for my situation and ultimately what was best for me.

I was really pleased with Tiffany's work on our case. She kept in touch with me and let me know how things were progressing.
