Warning: Protect Your Rights—Record Every Interaction

I am writing this as a critical warning for any parents or legal professionals considering Tiffany Lesnik. Based on my direct experience, there is a profound lack of integrity in her reporting and testimony. In my case, Ms. Lesnik provided testimony under oath that was demonstrably false. I was fort...unate enough to have recorded our interactions, and those recordings prove she lied on the witness stand. If I hadn't taken the precaution to record her, I would have been at extreme risk of her perjured testimony being accepted as fact. Advice for Consumers: If you are court-ordered to work with her, you must protect yourself: • Record Everything: Do not have a single phone call or meeting without recording it. • Know the Law: North Carolina is a one-party consent state (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-287). As long as you are a participant in the conversation, you have the legal right to record it without her knowledge or consent. • Documentation is Mandatory: Without an audio-backed paper trail, you risk your words being twisted or fabricated in court. Call to Action: If you have also experienced this kind of professional misconduct with Ms. Lesnik, please do not stay silent. I have already filed a formal grievance with the North Carolina State Bar. I urge you to do the same to ensure accountability and to protect other families from this behavior.

I would highly recommend Lesnik Law Firm to anyone dealing with divorce or family issues. I went through a very difficult divorce and Tiffany helped me in every way. She was very thorough in her research and made the whole court process much less intimidating for me. She was very prepared and made su...re that I was prepared also. Tiffany understands how difficult divorce is and was very caring about my situation.

Insightful, professional, very honest, replies promptly.

I initially contacted Tiffany Lesnik in October of 2014 after being blindsided by my husband handing me paperwork from his attorney requesting a divorce, in our living room, less than two years after we were married - which I felt was intimidating me into leaving our home. I didn't want a divorce, a...nd had no funds for an attorney. I contacted Tiffany Lesnik for a consultation. When I met with Tiffany, she didn't flinch at the details of my marriage, suggested counseling as an alternative, offered several payment/service options, was candid with me that she saw more and larger issues in our marriage than the three that I thought could be resolved, gave me immediate advice on how to handle my existing finances, and what I could expect/not expect IF I hired an attorney. I ended up receiving an "absolute divorce" which did not require me to have an attorney - however - Tiffany continued to allow me to ask her questions about NC divorce laws and calmly, professionally, positively and PROMPTLY responded to my emails along the way - which helped IMMENSELY. My divorce was finally finalized mid-February 2016. I would highly recommend Tiffany Lesnik to any woman - and to any person - who feels scared, angry, or confused about divorce - regardless of how long you have been married or how little you think you can afford. Just having talked with Tiffany - I feel at peace about what I was and was not able to leave the marriage with - because Tiffany was very honest with me and helped me to make calm decisions not based on fear or intimidation. Had I needed to - I would have certainly worked hard to find a way to hire Tiffany Lesnik. Thank you - Tiffany.

Unorganized and not responsive.

Took a very long time to respond to emails and phone calls. Changed viewpoints on what the outcome of my case would be a few times in the couple of weeks I used them. Made certain things seem very urgent but then deemed them unimportant. Seemed a bit wishy washy and unorganized to me.

I am very sorry that this client was disappointed with our services. We usually pride ourselves in getting back to our clients within 24 hours and will generally take the time to respond during evening and weekend hours - which is not something that all attorneys will do. Custody cases are usually complicated and the course you take sometimes does have to change (just like children change). Human lives are dynamic and it is hard to predict through the initial meetings exactly how to set the path for a case until it develops. I believe that good customer service is working with your client when events unfold and changing a course of action, if necessary, to ensure that the final outcome will work for their lives and their children.

Passionate, sincere and dedicated lawyer for hurting hearts!

Ms. Lesnik is phenomenal! Literally. She so delicately handled my domestic violence case. She professional, experienced, and empathetic. However, in the court room she is no one to reckon with! She is organized and knows her stuff. She has elegantly somehow managed to keep the true vision of a la...wyer: knowing the law, bringing justice to victims, and still maintaining her morals. Even when my case ended and was transfer she still checked in on my well being, she empowered me when I felt like giving up. She helped me more than she may ever know. She made me feel like a person and not a number. Thank you Tiffany!!!
