I contacted mrs Rita Henry from a referral from the ARAG legal plan that is a benefit we pay for to always have legal counsel. At first mrs Rita did a good job at speaking with me an discussing the case. She requested docs via email, agreed to terms as discussed and I assumed it was handled.
