After a year of owning my car, it started to develop an issue which was not reparable by the dealer. I contacted Mr. Mcneil's office and was explained my options. After some considerations, I decided to hire Mr. Mcneil to represent me for my possible lemon. Mr. Mcneil requested specific documents to ...build the case and was very quick to author the letter to the manufacture. With in a few weeks, we received the offer. Mr Mcneil was clear that I was not required to take the offer and if I did not, he would take no payment. I was happy with the offer and accepted the offer. I was very satisfied with Mr. Mcneil's communication with me (explaining the situations and not making any promises that the car would be lemoned considering the situation that the car was purchased out of state) and quick results. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have another lemon, I would no doubt hire Mr. Mcneil again.

Has a transmission issue with my new Hyundai. After 3 failed attempts to fix the issue with the dealer, I contacted Rick to see what I can do to proceed with the lemon law. I ended up doing a BBB arbitration (which ruled in my favor) at his advice. If it weren't for the actions he told me to do to build my case early on, I would have had a much weaker lemon law case during the arbitration.
