After a year of owning my car, it started to develop an issue which was not reparable by the dealer. I contacted Mr. Mcneil's office and was explained my options. After some considerations, I decided to hire Mr. Mcneil to represent me for my possible lemon. Mr. Mcneil requested specific documents to ...build the case and was very quick to author the letter to the manufacture. With in a few weeks, we received the offer. Mr Mcneil was clear that I was not required to take the offer and if I did not, he would take no payment. I was happy with the offer and accepted the offer. I was very satisfied with Mr. Mcneil's communication with me (explaining the situations and not making any promises that the car would be lemoned considering the situation that the car was purchased out of state) and quick results.
