Great experience with Rick Mcneil

After a year of owning my car, it started to develop an issue which was not reparable by the dealer. I contacted Mr. Mcneil's office and was explained my options. After some considerations, I decided to hire Mr. Mcneil to represent me for my possible lemon. Mr. Mcneil requested specific documents to ...build the case and was very quick to author the letter to the manufacture. With in a few weeks, we received the offer. Mr Mcneil was clear that I was not required to take the offer and if I did not, he would take no payment. I was happy with the offer and accepted the offer. I was very satisfied with Mr. Mcneil's communication with me (explaining the situations and not making any promises that the car would be lemoned considering the situation that the car was purchased out of state) and quick results. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have another lemon, I would no doubt hire Mr. Mcneil again.

Lemon law arbitration

Has a transmission issue with my new Hyundai. After 3 failed attempts to fix the issue with the dealer, I contacted Rick to see what I can do to proceed with the lemon law. Rick has been very responsive as well as offering the best courses of action under my circumstances. He has also been very good ...about following up with my case throughout the process. I ended up doing a BBB arbitration (which ruled in my favor) at his advice. If it weren't for the actions he told me to do to build my case early on, I would have had a much weaker lemon law case during the arbitration. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a lemon law attorney.

Breach of Warranty

I have been a paralegal for 32 years, but in all honesty I know nothing about the laws involving vehicles, warranties, etc. I was referred to Rick by another paralegal who knows him through cases her firm has defended against him. I think there is something to say about a defense firm that would ...recommend an attorney on the opposing side. In my opinion it speaks very highly to Rick’s expertise and integrity. I would definitely consider Rick an expert in this field. He is extremely knowledgeable and very informative. My issue involved a recall. My vehicle was out of commission for over three months while waiting for the necessary parts with which to repair the vehicle. Rick was able to secure for me a nice settlement with little to no work on my end. I know the legal business very well, and I can say that Rick is one top notch lawyer. I cannot stress enough the vast knowledge he has in this field. I could not be more satisfied with the service and representation I received. I would highly recommend him for anyone with vehicle issues.

Lemon Law

I had issues with my brand new Chrysler in which I felt that the car was a lemon. My car had numerous issues: Stutters as it starts up and as it slows down, engine stalls, car stalls when I apply gas after a complete stop, car stalls on freeway speeds, slips into neutral while driving, car jerks whe...n shifting and backing up. After, going back and forth with the dealership I finally decided to get advice from an attorney. I came across Richard McNeil, who gave me guidance on how to handle the situation. He is very honest and straight forward. He negotiated with the manufacturing company and I was able to get a settlement. The good part about working with Richard was I didn’t have to pay a dime due to the lemon law. Every case is different but I strongly recommend getting Rick with trying to deal with a Lemon Law case.
