After a year of owning my car, it started to develop an issue which was not reparable by the dealer. I contacted Mr. Mcneil's office and was explained my options. After some considerations, I decided to hire Mr. Mcneil to represent me for my possible lemon. Mr. Mcneil requested specific documents to ...build the case and was very quick to author the letter to the manufacture. With in a few weeks, we received the offer. Mr Mcneil was clear that I was not required to take the offer and if I did not, he would take no payment. I was happy with the offer and accepted the offer. I was very satisfied with Mr. Mcneil's communication with me (explaining the situations and not making any promises that the car would be lemoned considering the situation that the car was purchased out of state) and quick results. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have another lemon, I would no doubt hire Mr. Mcneil again.

I have been a paralegal for 32 years, but in all honesty I know nothing about the laws involving vehicles, warranties, etc. I was referred to Rick by another paralegal who knows him through cases her firm has defended against him. I think there is something to say about a defense firm that would ...recommend an attorney on the opposing side. In my opinion it speaks very highly to Rick’s expertise and integrity. I would definitely consider Rick an expert in this field. He is extremely knowledgeable and very informative. My issue involved a recall.
