I live in FL and was driving to CT with my cousin and 12 year old son due to a family members passing. I had also just picked up a mother and her two young children who missed her bus connection to New York. I figured she seemed harmless and I was passing through New York anyway. Plus, I hold a speci...al place in my heart for kids. Anywho, got caught speeding, stated I was 20 miles over the speed limit and there was no ticket except a citation. I was more upset I would have to make an appearance to court in NC than anything with the cost of hotel, gas, time from work, etc. Got home I received all these letters from lawyer offices about my ticket (I think it's a set up). Anyway, I chose Attorney Kissling. They removed failure to secure passenger under 16 and my speeding ticket reduced to improper equipment which carries no points. If I know of someone in NC who needs a lawyer for speeding, etc. I will definitely recommend Attorney Kissling. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I contacted attorney Kissling after receiving my first speeding ticket on record since I started driving in 1982. He felt that he could get the ticket reduced and I would have no points. I am relieved to have just learned that he was able to do just that. The fee was a little more than what I ex...pected to pay, but my insurance will not go u said that will save me money. I would contact Attorney Kissling again if necessary (hopefully not! )

I have horrible luck driving in NC this year. This office was the quickest and cheapest option I had for my first instance. I got exactly what I wanted. Since then I used him again for another traffic incident and that too went as quick and painless as the first. I highly recommend based on results.... I haven't met him in person so I cannot comment on character.
