I would like to thank the Kissling firm for taking this burden off my back. I received a speeding ticket in an area of Knightdale I was unfamiliar with. Local stopped me at 22 over the speed limit. I was very upset because I hadn't had a ticket in such a long time but God directed me towards Kissling.... I did not know any attorneys in the area because I from a different county. He explained the process and payment thoroughly. After I paid him, it was over for me. He handled everything and emailed me the greatest news a couple days after my court date. Dropped to 9 over!!! I hired this attorney for a speeding ticket in Raleigh. Although the case was dismissed because of extenuating circumstances, Mr Kissling and staff were professional and honest in my dealings with them and they promptly answered my inquiries and kept me updated throughout. The hundreds of letters that flood the mailbox can be overwhelming, but I gave Kissling's office a call first. The person answering the phone was helpful and after calling ...some other firms, I decided to go with Kissling because (1) Their prices were competitive and (2) They gave me a MUCH better legal plan of action (one firm made it sound like it was inevitable that I would get a penalty) Just 1-2 days after my court case, I received an email update from Kissling stating that my miles had been dropped to just under 10 over and also a prayer for judgement had been suggested and accepted. Thus NO point penalties or changes in my insurance. The person who answered the phone had been very confident and told me that based on my record (1-2 tickets only all under 10 over) that they were confident they could get my 72 mph in a 55 mph reduced and everything happened as they said.
