Our two dogs got into a fight about food in our home and I asked for our neighbor for assistance. After the fight one of our dogs was quarantined and our neighbors were upset that we were bringing her home and complained to the HOA. The HOA would NOT let us bring our dog home after the quarantine pe...riod until we had a hearing so they could decide if she was okay to live in the neighborhood. We contacted Calley and after talking with her for a consultation, we decided to hire her to represent us at the hearing. We brought evidence of our dog's training, letters and photos of her interacting with people. Calley presented our case clearly with excellent opening and closing arguments. She explained the weakness in the HOA rules that would not hold up in court. She demonstrated to the HOA and neighbors that we were taking this situation seriously and would not be bullied.
