great to work with, responded to my message very quickly, and after so many no's it made me feel happy when i called her office to talk to her and was told she was out of the office that day rescuing another dog, and i knew i had found my attorney to talk to about what had happened, very knowledgeab...le and answered all my questions and my continuing questions, gave and still gives me advice , even through i have not pursed a legal case at this time i would recommend her to anyone who loves animals as i had a lot of no's before i found Calley Gerber . no details to share as i am at this time pursing other avenues of accountability for what happened to my Tuxedo , and if i do decide to pursue a suit against the party i think is responsible for what happened to Tuxedo this attorney, will be my choice

Our two dogs got into a fight about food in our home and I asked for our neighbor for assistance. After the fight one of our dogs was quarantined and our neighbors were upset that we were bringing her home and complained to the HOA. The HOA would NOT let us bring our dog home after the quarantine pe...riod until we had a hearing so they could decide if she was okay to live in the neighborhood. We contacted Calley and after talking with her for a consultation, we decided to hire her to represent us at the hearing. We brought evidence of our dog's training, letters and photos of her interacting with people. Calley presented our case clearly with excellent opening and closing arguments. She explained the weakness in the HOA rules that would not hold up in court. She demonstrated to the HOA and neighbors that we were taking this situation seriously and would not be bullied. We won our case and were able to bring our dog home to our family. We are so grateful that a friend recommended her to us.

Calley Gerber has to be one of the most genuine, unique, highly educated & most all around awesome person I've ever met. Our 11 week old english bulldog was mauled to death by a large breed dog while being boarded at a facility while we were on vacation. This happened on a Saturday. I was given Cal...ley's name on Sunday so I called and left a message. By 10 am Monday morning we were in her office. We told her our story and she provided us a level of comfort that we needed to hear. She has and still is working very diligently on our case. She has stayed in constant contact with us and even reached out to other animal control employees to find out where we are with this investigation. She will not let your case rest until she gets answers! Her compassion for animals is very obvious when you sit and talk with her so she takes all her cases to heart, literally. Being threatened with having our dog taken away from us and killed was a terrifying experience but once we hired Calley we KNEW we were in very good and competent hands.
