Calley Gerber

I was served with a civil summons for a dog bite incident by a lawyer whose interaction reminded me of scams from the internet (rude, curt, designed to produce panic, etc.) I contacted Gerber Law and talked to Calley. She was friendly, helpful, and made it clear that despite this being the first i...ncident my best option was to contact my insurance company and let them handle it. Something I'd avoided due to the outrageous amount demanded by the other lawyer. She also was clear on the kind of costs associated with defending against such a lawsuit. If you need someone who will give you the unvarnished truth in a way that won't cause you panic, that won't scare you off, and help you choose a path, I can think of no one better than Gerber Law.

There simply are not enough words to describe Gerber Animal Law Center and the work they will do for their clients. We were up against a GIANT of a utility company and the downstream contractors that are used by such conglomerates. The work done on behalf of our dogs was incredible. The kindness an...d concern shown to our family was heartwarming. The leadership and advice was strong, intentional, and always professional. I can't say enough good things about Ms. Gerber. The level of care she showed for me, my family and my dog was exceptional. Her knowledge of animal law is excellent. She was very careful to provide the appropriate advice and not push us into any decisions. Ms. Gerber could have pushed us to take our ...chances in front of a judge, however, she was able to keep us out of a court room, saving us stress and the cost of her trial fees. Calley Gerber is AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about her. She is the only person I would recommend and trust to handle legal situations involving animal welfare. My husband and I were in a very bad place when we came to her, in regards to an incident that happened to our puppy at our vet. S...he sticks to what she knows is right, genuinely cares about what is best for her client(s), and didn't ever make us feel pressured when making decisions. We were pretty much out of financial resources due to our situation, and she was very understanding of this and worked with us to take the best course of action. She wrote a very professional and strongly worded demand letter for us, and it got us what we needed. great to work with, responded to my message very quickly, and after so many no's it made me feel happy when i called her office to talk to her and was told she was out of the office that day rescuing another dog, and i knew i had found my attorney to talk to about what had happened, very knowledgeab...le and answered all my questions and my continuing questions, gave and still gives me advice , even through i have not pursed a legal case at this time i would recommend her to anyone who loves animals as i had a lot of no's before i found Calley Gerber . no details to share as i am at this time pursing other avenues of accountability for what happened to my Tuxedo , and if i do decide to pursue a suit against the party i think is responsible for what happened to Tuxedo this attorney, will be my choice
