Our family has just been through a three year ordeal when a caveat was placed on my sister's will. James Mills was the reason we made it through. He is personable, kind, compassionent, and most important,the best friend you will ever need in this kind of litigation. His sense of humor keeps you on tr...ack when you are so confused and thinking,"How did this happen?" When your character is being questioned and you are told you can not be trusted, he constantly reminds you this is only the opinion of one person. He restores your faith in your own self worth. My family adores Jay Mills! He will stick with you to the end, always trying to comprehend what is in the best interest of his client. He knows how to pick a jury and he interacts with them well during the trial. He is conscious of the time the jury gives to your case and does not repeat things over and over that they have already heard. He gave them respect and I could tell they appreciated and respected him. You could never find a better lawyer than Jay Mills! My mother was in an odd accident in a major box store that did not want to take any responsibility for their actions. Jay took the time to listen to my Mother and hear all about her and her case. He guided her along the way without ever making her feel that she had to make any choice that she was n...ot comfortable with.
