My mother was in an odd accident in a major box store that did not want to take any responsibility for their actions. Jay took the time to listen to my Mother and hear all about her and her case. He guided her along the way without ever making her feel that she had to make any choice that she was n...ot comfortable with. Jay was the only one that could talk with my mother and give her a sense of calm. He was always willing to communicate with me or my mother at any time.
