Mr. Krompecher graduated Suma Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a major in Economics and a major in International Relations. Before attending Syracuse University, Mr. Krompecher played one year of professional soccer in the Belgian second division. He attended law school in Chicago at Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he was a scholarship recipient an earned numerous academic and achievement awards. While practicing law in Chicago, Mr. Krompecher was a member of several scholarship committees for underprivileged children and was an achievement counselor for Hispanic and African American law students.
Before representing injured individuals, Mr. Krompecher dedicated six years of his career representing large institutional and private companies in personal injury lawsuits, nursing home lawsuits, medical malpractice lawsuits, and business lawsuit.
Mr. Krompecher worked for several years at Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered in Chicago, Illinois, one of the most recognized defense law firms in the Midwest United States. After four years defending hospitals, nursing homes, construction companies, large and midsized corporations in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Krompecher and his wife moved to Raleigh, North Carolina where he worked two years for Batten Lee, which is a premier medical malpractice and personal injury defense firm handling high value lawsuits in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. At Batten Lee, Mr. Krompecher was a primary attorney on medical malpractice, personal injury and business litigation lawsuits.
As a defense attorney, Mr. Krompecher represented the second largest nursing home and assisted living company in the world, one of the largest private hospital companies in the United States, an international airline, multinational companies, hospitals, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, emergency medicine physicians, pain management physicians, surgical centers, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, national trucking companies, and various transportation companies.
Mr. Krompecher has trial experience with many wrongful death cases, several permanent injury cases, catastrophic car accidents, and business lawsuits.
