Biography
Our firm motto is "Comfort and Clarity During Difficulty Times" as we believe our clients are in the midst of emotional burdens and should not have to worry about whether the attorney is handling their matters. I have been a practicing divorce attorney for over 35 years and have limited my practice soley to matters involving family law.
As a wife and mother of four children, I have experience as it relates to families and the dynamics therein.
We work with all types of families including same sex relationships and believe that families are best when the parents can work towards a mediated settlement of custodial issues.
As a trial attorney, I have represented both mothers and fathers regularly and I have experience working in the child support court and the domestic violence courtroom.

Works hards, is prepared
Im a nurse and wanted to be sure I had someone who I trusted, and knew their profession as I do mine. I found that in Kathleen. She has calmed me durning the storm, and helped beyond anything I could have imagined. I step out of the box, when she stepped in.

Kathleen Murphy is the worst choice you could make for an attorney. I hired her, paid an unbelievable sum of money and have absolutely nothing, and I mean nothing, to show for it. Replied last April 22, 2015I do not know who made this comment but I have not had any clients leave my firm in the past two years and hire other counsel. Anytime a client comes to us with a concern, we try to address the concerns and although we will not make everyone happy, we do try hard to work with all our clients for the goal of client satisfaction. In all honesty, there are clients who have not been satisfied with our services and yet, in the 26 years I have been practicing, I am happy to say that I continue to receive referrals to my office from prior clients on a regular basis.
