I met Kathleen two years ago. I was at the lowest point in my life. I was afraid and hopeless. She was been a true God send. She is professional, competent, compassionate, and a WINNER! Kathleen is the best. We unfortunately have had to secure several contracts with her over the years as we are continuously summoned to court by my ex. After wasting 7 months in a collaborative process, with a non-collaborative ex, I went to Kathleen. She is direct, to the point, and keeps her eyes on the goal. If Kathleen says it can be done, she will find a way to do it. What she won't do is waste your time or money telling you what you want to ...hear. Having said that, divorce is hard, and Kathleen knew exactly when to hold my hand, hug me or tell me I was being unrealistic. With her vast network of amazing professionals, my divorce was over, signed sealed and delivered less than 2 weeks from my date of separation, even after the 7 month delay. All my my ex's crazy ass requests were squashed. Kathleen keeps it real, which for some may not be a good fit. But if you want someone to handle your divorce like a business transaction, while supporting you behind doors with all the emotions, Kathleen is the only person to reach out to.

Firstly, I have professionally worked with many family law attorneys and had the opportunity to see some great ones and some "not so great" ones. However, I never worked professionally with Kathleen, but was representing myself in a nasty custody battle. I was fighting for my daughters and was strug...gling in court, mainly because I didn't lie and try to make my ex look bad. You would think that taking the high road would work....LOL. Kathleen just happened to be in court and witnessed my integrity getting destroyed by the other party. I became visibly upset and couldn't control my emotions and that is when Kathleen approached me and told me to relax, stay calm and she walked me out of court and talked me off the ledge. Kathleen told me to call her the next day, which I did. She spend a good amount of time telling me exactly what I needed to hear. She was so "to the point" and unlike other attorneys I had spoken to who could NEVER just give me a STRAIGHT answer, Kathleen didn't give me a 100 different possible outcomes or options. She told me what my rights were and what to do and what not to do...AND THAT WAS IT. I took her advice and went back to the other party and they immediately agreed to what I had put in writing! I called Kathleen, who was so happy for me. I did end up hiring her to review the agreement and have the judge sign off on it. I have since referred one person, who retained Kathleen and can't stop thanking me for the referral, as he did not have a good experience with his first attorney.
