My son was visiting friends in North Carolina when he got a DWI (and several other charges) and was arrested. We live in Illinois and I called Mr. Brinkley to handle his case, who immediately called me back and went to the jail to meet with my son and let him know everything was going to be already.... For a very modest cost Mr. Brinkley handled everything. Once my son got back to Illinois Mr. Brinkley kept in constant contact letting him know what to expect and suggesting things he could do to help the situation like entering rehab. Mr. Brinkley appeared in court several times for my son so he did not have to fly to North Carolina. Finally when my son did have to appear in court Mr. Brinkley explained exactly what the possible outcomes would be and how he was going to approach the matter.
