Fantastic experience

Dewey handled my speeding ticket. He resolved my case and more than exceeded my expectations. He is very friendly and I am so greatful for his good work.

Excellent trustworthy lawyer

I am very happy that I chose Mr.Brinkley to handle my charges of DWI of 3 times over BAC limit, reckless driving, test refusal, accident and other charges. He spent time to go over every detail about my case, and presented my case at court with his excellent experience. He very patiently and promptly... answered all my questions along the way. I got least possible penalty allowed by law considering all my charges. I am happy to be able to drive again. My sincere thanks to you Mr. Brinkley.

I wish I had found him sooner!

AMAZING results at an affordable price. I had multiple traffic tickets that included charges of speeding, DWLR, and other infractions. I thought I would never get my license back, but Mr. Brinkley made it happen. PLEASE do yourself a favor and contact him! You won't regret it!

The Best!

Attorney Dewey Brinkley is a great person, lawyer and a gentleman! The first time I called him, I remember it was back in Feb and I had just made a stupid mistake and was very worried and scared...He immediately asked me what the situation was and then told me exactly what we were going to do about ...it...he made me feel like he was in control, which he was, and he did not dilly dally or waste my time like one other attorney I had contacted who could not even give me a ball park of the cost...Attorney Dewey is not judgmental, never made me feel bad, ( I was already feeling bad enough, thank you) and he was super professional. I felt calm and like, yes, I am going to get out of this! Sure enough, he was there for me the first day of court, and was by my side every moment until the judge ruled. For the next 6 months or so, while I did community service, he was always a phone call or email away...he also advised me very wisely about an unrelated issue with an unpaid ticket and he was so right! Mr. Brinkley was there this past Sept when I went back for my dismissal and he was great. I like that he is very quiet and smooth and always looks sharp! :) . He knows his way around the court and the prosecutors, judges and everyone else obviously know and respect him. I am very very pleased with his representation and would highly recommend him. Dewey Brinley - Awesome Attorney!

I can't say enough good things about Dewey. He represented my son on several traffic tickets and was amazingly able to get them all dismissed. Remarkable, efficient, and very, very reasonable charges. One of the very best court attorneys in Raleigh!!
