Dewey Powell Brinkley

Attorney Dewey Brinkley is a great person, lawyer and a gentleman! The first time I called him, I remember it was back in Feb and I had just made a stupid mistake and was very worried and scared...He immediately asked me what the situation was and then told me exactly what we were going to do about ...it...he made me feel like he was in control, which he was, and he did not dilly dally or waste my time like one other attorney I had contacted who could not even give me a ball park of the cost...Attorney Dewey is not judgmental, never made me feel bad, ( I was already feeling bad enough, thank you) and he was super professional. I felt calm and like, yes, I am going to get out of this! Sure enough, he was there for me the first day of court, and was by my side every moment until the judge ruled. For the next 6 months or so, while I did community service, he was always a phone call or email away...he also advised me very wisely about an unrelated issue with an unpaid ticket and he was so right! Mr. Brinkley was there this past Sept when I went back for my dismissal and he was great. I like that he is very quiet and smooth and always looks sharp! :) . He knows his way around the court and the prosecutors, judges and everyone else obviously know and respect him. I am very very pleased with his representation and would highly recommend him. I was caught for a DUI and asked Mr. Brinkley to represent me. Although my case was never going to be in my favor(becasue I was drunk and caught driving in the wrong way), the help and support from him was outstanding.
