Jenny Bradley founded Triangle Smart Divorce after seeing too many good people lose time, money, and energy in divorce battles that did not move them any closer to the life they wanted.

A North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, Jenny helps clients make strategic decisions about divorce, separation, child custody, child support, alimony, and property division. She also advises individuals and couples on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her experience includes complex North Carolina family law matters involving closely held businesses, professional practices, executive compensation, high net worth estates, and significant marital assets.

Jenny believes a strong divorce lawyer should know when to fight, when to negotiate, and when a different approach may lead to a better result. As a stepmom, she also understands on a personal level that divorce affects more than the two people ending their marriage. The decisions made during the process can shape children, blended families, and relationships for years to come.

Clients receive honest guidance about what is happening in their case, what their options are, and what each path may require. The goal is not conflict for the sake of conflict. It is helping each client protect what matters and move forward with a practical plan.
