Child's Best Interest

When I spoke with Brad about my case, his first response was "I will do what is in the best interest of your child". It was at that moment I knew that Brad was the right lawyer to handle my child and I's case. He was forthcoming with possible realistic outcomes, fees, and what he needed from me. Both Brad and the office staff were quite pleasant to deal with during my custody case. Brad was supportive, kept me focused, and spent his time meticulously combing through details for my case. The knowledge Brad has about child custody cases is extensive, accurate, and his actions are tactful. He spent many evenings researching, organizing, and preparing information I presented to him for court. His response time was almost immediate each time I needed to be in contact with him. I appreciate all that Brad did for my child and I. He is genuinely kind, determined, and a strategic lawyer. It is because of Brad that my child and I are able to be enjoying a new chapter in our lives.

When not practicing law I love cheering on the Tar Heels to victory. I also enjoy spending time at the beach with my wife collecting sea shells and experiencing all that our wonderful state's coast has to offer. I also enjoy dedicating time to working with the future lawyers of our state by providing wisdom and guidance through judging and participation in mock trial competitions.
