We compassionately help during life's tough times - Disability * Injury * Divorce.
Whether you are a sick and injured worker fighting for social security or long-term disability benefits or were injured in a car wreck because someone wasn't paying attention or driving too fast, or facing a divorce and child custody battle, you deserve compassionate individual care and attention.
Some lawyers never meet or talk to their clients until the morning of their hearing. When I take your case, you will personally speak to me and my team at the beginning, middle, and end of the process, including a pre-hearing, in-person meeting (in most cases). Look at our reviews - our clients consistently comment on our communication, compassion, and helpfulness. There is a reason - because it's in our DNA.
Here are our truths and our purpose - we help good people make great decisions about their legal matters, and we want them to feel, win, lose or draw - they were heard, the case was important to us, and all efforts were made to put them in the best lane for success.
I have been helping real people, with real problems, in a compassionate, respectful manner since the doors opened on my firm in 2010. What I have learned along the way about the practices in the disability, divorce and insurance industry really makes me mad. People are doing the right things in life — working hard, raising good families, paying bills, going to church, being good friends and family members — but when they became sick or were injured, the protections they thought they had were pulled from under them and getting the information advice they need to help them make great decisions is difficult to come by.
My clients know that they are more than just a case for this firm. My team and I go beyond the paperwork and legal issues to get to the heart of your concerns, and helping you legally and in life to help you become the best you! My firm takes pride in getting to know each of our clients, and understands that your current situation does not define you!
