McMinn for the win!!! I was wrongly fully arrested for a fake charge, with Kernersville police department. I had hired a previous law firm, who wanted me to take probation for a crime I did not commit!!!!!! misdemeanor child abuse without any physical injuries, the alleged crime was on tape!!!!!!... So I went to McMinn's law office. He said they would do their best & did!!!! I even had to go to trial, hiring his team was great money spent. This team will do everything in their power to keep you out of jail. Just make sure you pay them upfront, the best $$$$$$$ spent for a crime I did not commit. I risked losing my job, becoming homeless & everything I work for. I view the "justice" system in North Carolina more differently, it's a judicial system not a justice system. It's a system that will financially ruin you. But McMinn & his team works hard, to get you the justice you deserve.

Memorial Day weekend I was stop at roadblock with a friend of mine who had an open container! I was ask to step out of the car and given my roadside test and breathilizer ! I blew .02 ! I thought I was free to go , but the police wanted to take my BAC ! I previously told the officer I had smoked mari...juana ! I was taken to Forsyth ems where blood work was drawn and sent for testing my results came back as 0 on alcohol and 0 on one level of 3 for marijuana ! Mr. McMinn and his team took it from there and two years later I walked out a free man except for paying for the open container! Mr. McMinn really loves his job and his team is amazing!
