James Raymond McMinn

In July 2015 I was charged with a felony and 2 misdemeanors Child Abuse in a case involving a five year student who was never asigned to my classroom and I never had ANY physical contact with this 5 year old. My trial finally came around June 13th 2016 lasted three consecutive days and James McMinn defended me in every way even asking me if there was anything that I wanted him to ask he made a great argument to all my charges to where the judge on June 15 morning dismissed the felony and shortly after lunch the jury had a verdict of NOT GUILTY on the 2 misdemeanors. I am forever greatful for McMinn and Im a true believer in my Christian faith and I believe that attorney McMinn was placed in my life for many reason. I give God the glory and I ask God to bless him and his career in helping continuing to help the innocent and those in need to have someone great stand by them in time for justice.
