James McMinn is very good at what he does. When I came to him I, really, didn't think I had a chance. I was really just hiring him to help me negotiate my surrender. After Mr. McMinn reviewed my case he recommended that I take it to trial. My trial lasted an hour. The DA took 45 minut...es to ask questions for the state. Mr. McMinn took about 5 minutes. Their closing arguments took up the rest of the time. I was found "Not Guilty".
