James Raymond McMinn

Mr. McMinn is the best lawyer I have had. He was very motivated in dealing with my case properly, I could reach him at any time that really helped for my schedule. James came highly suggested to me by a close friend after a DWI charge. I was scared to death about the outcome. James reviewed my case and broke it down to me in a very straight forward, human manor. His expertise and knowledge of the law was reflected every time we went to court. Everything he said... would happen, happened. He actually texted me the night before every time we had to go to court. On top if that he was very open to answer any questions and make me feel at ease at anytime, even late at night. He always stayed in contact with me and reached out to make sure I was in complete understanding of what was going on. He even offered to meet with me on a Saturday because of my work schedule. I went to him the day after I realized I had a failure to appear, he went to court the next day and got it dismissed. After multiple continuances, my case went to trial.
