David Byron Bice

My custody highway was a horrible experience. A nightmare during the day. I have had 2 different lawyers over the course of the 3 years. I don't own the vocabulary to describe how awesome Mr. Bice is. He was impregnable in the Courtroom. My ex-wife, and all of her witnesses told lie after lie, ...and from experience I can affirm she is no amateur. Mr. Bice engaged each and everyone of them, with true legal precision. The Court found none of them to be creditable after the encounter with Mr. Bice. He was in command and control from start to finish. My ex was so confused during cross-examination, she just started laughing. Mr. Bice, never broke character, stood and continued to question with brazen equanimity. He is the quintessence of legal counsel. He is the attorney that other attorneys hire. I am an attorney and I hired him. My children are safe and sound with me at home. If you hire him, he will get it done. He is a formidable weapon in the family law battle. Lastly, I will say if he walks in with your opponent, you might want to consider negotiation; however, I doubt you will fare any better

If you don’t pick David Bice as you attorney, you had better hope the other party does not show up with him. Charismatic does not touch his presence in the courtroom. When David walks into court, he owns the room. You get what you pay for. Recently, I had the opportunity to watch another attorney... at work on a case that indirectly involved me. This lawyer was unprepared, stumbling in front of the judge, and had it not been for a court appointed attorney involved in the case, the case would have been lost. This would have not have happened if David Bice was on the case. He leads you into the court room he has prepared you for, and delivers as was promised. Get your retainer in quickly, and let David lead you to a successful resolution to your case, as he did mine. NOTE: Be honest with David, even if honesty is just the ugly truth. You do not want surprises in the courtroom.

David Bice has been my attorney since 2013 when he walked me through a divorce and protected my rights as a father. In that time he earned every penny he was paid, and was reasonable with his charges. To quite honest, he tried to return some of the money I had paid him, and I requested he keep it. ... David Bice is a man you want on your side, as an attorney and as a friend. Lately, he defended my rights as a father again and did an outstanding job. I will keep David Bice as my attorney for the future, and would recommend anyone do the same (get him before someone else does). I know the hours he keeps in his office, and I do not know of anyone who works as hard for his clients as does he. My suggestion to future clients is to keep open communication with David as he is defending your rights, and the outcome will be favorable. Listen to his counsel; and above all, make a friend out of him and he will defend you too. Thank you David, for all you have done for my family, I owe you a debt of gratitude. Keep up the good work!

We hired Mr. Bice and it was about the biggest waste of money I have ever experienced. I threatened to fire him several times and this is what it took just to get him to return my calls or emails. In the end he wrote 1 letter and had a judge sign one document and charged me over $2000. I had to dema...nd invoices and then was basically charged every time he finally contacted me. The fee for the actual document work was correct but I did ALL the leg work in my case. So my bill should have been $5-700. Then I was nickel and dimed for his own lack of communication. He could use a BIG lesson in customer service. All I could say to him was I was very disappointed. He is the very reason Lawyers get such a bad name. In the end I was refunded very little of my retainer by him producing an invoice that I hadn't even seen. Do not hire this guy. He doesn't care about his customers and he isn't very nice to deal with either.
