David Byron Bice

He was hired and damaged all my cases. He was representing opposing side interests. Be aware when you hire him, he will negotiate with opposing side attorney and will lie to you how he can fight then you will find that you are guilty in things you never did. He is a best friend of attorney Philip Bak...er and my husband hired Philip and I hired David, Philip negotiated with David to damage all my cases. I requested David to return my payments, my husband already stole all my savings and my child savings, we stayed in a hunger 4 months. I don’t have much money to hire Attorney, I’m stage 4 cancer patient, David knew I’m sick woman with a child, but he never felt sorry for his service and refused to return money. He didn’t defend me in the court, he knew that it was false charges but he helped my husband to make me guilty. Also he was forcing me to sell my Mom’s house so he can have more money for his service. Be aware when you hire him, check if he is a friend of opposing side. He is not honest.

If you’re looking for an attorney who doesn’t care what you want and only cares about the money then hire David Bice. He was probably the worse lawyer I could have picked but in my emotional time I just went for the first person I found unfortunately. He was never fully paying attention to me and des...pite telling him the ONLY thing I cared about was my son during my divorce he kept trying to take me down unnecessary avenues. He was not punctual at all and several times it would be weeks to months before he would respond to my email or calls. I felt more like I worked for him instead of him working for me. In the end my divorce cost me over $25k when it should have been half that if he didn’t nickel and dime me. When I switched to a new lawyer for further matters, he took one look at our custody agreement and asked why my lawyer ever agreed to half the stuff in it. I regret ever going with David and highly recommend NOT going with him unless you just don’t care what happens.

David worked with me in a collaborative procedure against a team (ex+attorney) who did not play by the rules and in fact were threatening and manipulative and didn't keep to their agreements. After the dust cleared, I did end up getting stuck with support payments, but there was at least an endpoint.... David did acknowledge after the fact, when he began to hear more reports about my ex's lawyer, that if he'd been more aware of his reputation as not working in the spirit of Collaborative Procedure, he never would have advised me to go in that direction. The only problem with our arrangement was that David's office is not in the same city. Since I'd never been divorced before, it didn't occur to me that I'd have to pay for the drive to and from the meetings (2 hours billing for each meeting), but that was just my mistake. Overall, David is a good guy and represented me faithfully and with friendship. Divorce is divorce, nobody wins, life goes on.

I hired David 2 years ago to be my Divorce attorney. My hope and wishes were to use the Collaborative Method and stay out of court. I knew Mr. Bice had experience/training in this way but also knew he could fight for me and go to court if my situation escalated. Fortunately, with his experience an...d wisdom we were able to stay away from court and he was able to work with the opposing attorney to resolve our situation amicably. Mr. Bice has the ability to suit needs that extend outside of the courtroom but is willing to bat "a thousand" should your situation require it.
