I retained David Bice for my custody case for my son. My son at the time of retaining Bice was 12 yrs old. I am the father going for custody of my son and needed a very good lawyer to get the job done! Bice told me in the beginning he felt good about the case, he understood the issues and how severe the living arrangement had got with my son while in the care of his mother. I've been working with David since 2015 for custody, visitation, and child support. Is it immediately, no, but he does return phone calls or emails (usually same day). His office staff are professional and know my case personally, which I appreciate. He is a busy attorney as most good attorneys are, but he keeps me updated on my case pretty much weekly. I have been very happy with his competence in the court room. He has a knack of getting my ex to show her colors during the trials which helped the judges see her true intentions of being a gold digger isolating my son from me. He has represented me against this B*&ch for almost two years now and I have stayed with him for a reason, he is a good attorney and a true friend. This is what you need on your side for the 18 year marathon. If you listen to him he will steer you to where you need to be.

My custody highway was a horrible experience. A nightmare during the day. I have had 2 different lawyers over the course of the 3 years. I don't own the vocabulary to describe how awesome Mr. Bice is. He was impregnable in the Courtroom. My ex-wife, and all of her witnesses told lie after lie, and from experience I can affirm she is no amateur. Mr. Bice engaged each and everyone of them, with true legal precision. The Court found none of them to be creditable after the encounter with Mr. Bice. He was in command and control from start to finish. My ex was so confused during cross-examination, she just started laughing. Mr. Bice, never broke character, stood and continued to question with brazen equanimity. He is the quintessence of legal counsel. He is the attorney that other attorneys hire. I am an attorney and I hired him. My children are safe and sound with me at home. If you hire him, he will get it done. He is a formidable weapon in the family law battle. Lastly, I will say if he walks in with your opponent, you might want to consider negotiation; however, I doubt you will fare any better

If you don’t pick David Bice as you attorney, you had better hope the other party does not show up with him. Charismatic does not touch his presence in the courtroom. When David walks into court, he owns the room. You get what you pay for. Recently, I had the opportunity to watch another attorney at work on a case that indirectly involved me. This lawyer was unprepared, stumbling in front of the judge, and had it not been for a court appointed attorney involved in the case, the case would have been lost. This would have not have happened if David Bice was on the case. He leads you into the court room he has prepared you for, and delivers as was promised. Get your retainer in quickly, and let David lead you to a successful resolution to your case, as he did mine. NOTE: Be honest with David, even if honesty is just the ugly truth. You do not want surprises in the courtroom.

David is the best there is. He took an impossible situation and turned it on its head. If it were not for him, I would have been up the creek without a paddle. David's courtroom control is untouchable. He and his office were VERY responsive. You will not find a better lawyer in the area.

During the holidays I began the process of a divorce. After listening to my situation David gave me a very reasonable retainer estimate. Everything went exactly to schedule and my retainer was not increased at all, I was even returned a small remainder. I ended up with a much more favorable divorce settlement that I was expecting. One thing I cannot stress enough (which was very impressive to me) is the level of accessibility. His office responded to all of my emails literally within 10 minutes of my submissions. Appointments to sign paperwork were very flexible and everything was always prepared and ready to go when I arrived.
