He was hired and damaged all my cases. He was representing opposing side interests. Be aware when you hire him, he will negotiate with opposing side attorney and will lie to you how he can fight then you will find that you are guilty in things you never did. He is a best friend of attorney Philip Bak...er and my husband hired Philip and I hired David, Philip negotiated with David to damage all my cases. I requested David to return my payments, my husband already stole all my savings and my child savings, we stayed in a hunger 4 months. I don’t have much money to hire Attorney, I’m stage 4 cancer patient, David knew I’m sick woman with a child, but he never felt sorry for his service and refused to return money. He didn’t defend me in the court, he knew that it was false charges but he helped my husband to make me guilty. Also he was forcing me to sell my Mom’s house so he can have more money for his service. Be aware when you hire him, check if he is a friend of opposing side. He is not honest.

We hired Mr. Bice to represent us in a difficult custody hearing of our granddaughter. He was very honest in telling us the situation may not go in our favor due to us being grandparents. However, during the process, Mr Bice not only bought out circumstances in our favor but fought for us all the w...ay. He encouraged us to do everything the court requested and he even stayed in contact with DSS and CASA representatives. He attended all meetings with us as our attorney, kept us up-to-date with any changes to the case, and returned phone calls in a prompt manner. The bottom line is that Mr. Bice did get us physical and legal custody of our granddaughter. We cannot begin to thank him for his excellent service during our time of upheaval. His court room demeanor was outstanding and the judge listened to what he presented. Even though there were a few hiccups in the beginning with how some individuals viewed us as the grandparents, Mr. Bice was able to put all their minds to rest and know our granddaughter would be taken care of and loved forever. We would hire Mr. Bice again and I'm sure we will be needing his services in the future. Thank goodness there are lawyers like Mr. Bice that you can count on in difficult situations.

He has a knack of getting my ex to show her colors during the trials which helped the judges see her true intentions of being a gold digger isolating my son from me. He has represented me against this B*&ch for almost two years now and I have stayed with him for a reason, he is a good attorney and a true friend. He would not return your phone call and his receptionist would always have a excused for him. Everything he said he would do he never did. He was not a man of his word. He charged us $1500.00 and did absolutely nothing. Didn't send out no paper work for us. Never did set a court date just gave us the... run around. I would not recommend him at all.
