Reckless Speeding Ticket

There is a notorious speed trap along I-95 near Emporia, VA where I was caught going "reckless". Worried about the consequences, I shopped around for an attorney and Clint Clary was highly recommended by more than one source. I retained him as my attorney and he was able to reduce the ludicrous charg...e to a non-moving violation, saving me from costly insurance consequences. He also represented me in court, saving me a 4 hour drive. His office was great in communicating the process to me and I highly recommend his practice.

Reckless driving

I was charged with reckless driving while I was coming back from business trip and was crossing VA 70 mph area. I consider traffic fees as a lesson for myself and usually pay them fully and immediately. The reckless driving in VA, however, scared me pretty much when I've read about it. It is a crimi...nal offence and can lead to jail time. Would ruin my life and career if this happens. Of course, this rarely happens based on average case outcomes. Yet, I didn't want to try my chances and hired a lawyer. I like working with Clinton Clary and his assistance Candace. They were very professional, quick, and to the point. My involvement was minimal. They contacted court themselves and relieved me from traveling to other state for hearing. The outcome of hearing was the best I could hope for. The criminal charge was lowered to regular traffic ticket. No jail time, no criminal record - amazing!! I have to also mention that Mr. Clary legal fee is significantly lower comparing to other lawyers in this field. Which was a pleasant surprise by itself. I would highly recommend Clinton Clary to anyone seeking legal help in VA!!!

Reckless Driving Charge

The people at Slayton & Clary were a tremendous help in reducing my reckless driving charge. This obviously came for a price but this price was next to nothing in comparison to what other attorneys were trying to charge me. They were quick to tell me what was going on and that they would take care ...of my charges even though I called last minute. Once they set everything up and they appeared in court for me, I was mailed my results within days.

Good Decision to use Mr. Clary.

The staff at the office was super polite and helpful. (Thanks Candace). Mr. Clary was able to receive my case very late and appear for me and reduce my fine and my charge. This resulted in no points and almost the same total cost. I would highly recommend the office of Robert Clary.

Reckless driving to non-moving violation

I had a speeding ticket for reckless driving in Brunswick county and I live in Raleigh, NC so I emailed him about my case on Saturday and got a reply on the same day. The reckless driving charge was reduced to a non-moving violation. I emailed other lawyers in the area and they quoted higher lawyer f...ees.
