Great Results!

I received a citation for Reckless driving while driving on 1-85 in the state of Virginia. After learning the seriousness of Virginia's driving laws, I immediately sought a lawyer from Brunswick county that would help me sort the situation. Robert Clary was the first hit and he had good reviews so I ...contacted him, as well as other firms. Clary was by far the most affordable, and their office staff was very helpful during the entire process. At the end, my citation was reduced to a non-moving violation and only a couple hundred dollars in fines and court costs. I am very thankful for Robert's staff and I definitely recommend him to anyone that has gotten a traffic citation in Brunswick county, VA.

Reckless driving

I was charged with reckless driving while I was coming back from business trip and was crossing VA 70 mph area. I consider traffic fees as a lesson for myself and usually pay them fully and immediately. The reckless driving in VA, however, scared me pretty much when I've read about it. It is a crimi...nal offence and can lead to jail time. Would ruin my life and career if this happens. Of course, this rarely happens based on average case outcomes. Yet, I didn't want to try my chances and hired a lawyer. I like working with Clinton Clary and his assistance Candace. They were very professional, quick, and to the point. My involvement was minimal. They contacted court themselves and relieved me from traveling to other state for hearing. The outcome of hearing was the best I could hope for. The criminal charge was lowered to regular traffic ticket. No jail time, no criminal record - amazing!! I have to also mention that Mr. Clary legal fee is significantly lower comparing to other lawyers in this field. Which was a pleasant surprise by itself. I would highly recommend Clinton Clary to anyone seeking legal help in VA!!!

86/70 Reckless Driving ticket

I was traveling home from celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary on I-85 in Brunswick County Virginia. It was around 8-9 in the morning, traffic was heavy in both lanes. I passed a slow moving car in the left lane and accelerated to get out of his blind spot in the right lane. Just commented to my ...wife how many police were patrolling that morning. Next thing In know...blue lights in the rear view mirror. County officer said I was going 86/70. Had no sense of going that fast. In Virginia anything over 80 mph is considered Reckless Driving. Officer said I had to appear in court or hire an attorney. I contacted Clint Clary because I liked his straight forward, no nonsense website and offer to consult with me. I retained him to defend me and ....bottom line....that was a great decision. I'm no longer charged with Reckless Driving, or even speeding thanks to Clint. Have a legal problem, hire this man. You will never regret it. THANKS AGAIN Clint.

Cannot be happier with outcome

When I got my 90mph “reckless” traffic ticket, I received tons of mail from lawyers offering their services. They are all from outside Brunswick Co and yet all claim to be familiar with the judge. They (or their assistants) all told me they’d be able to lower my offense in return for doing community ...service and attending a driving school. Mr. Clary got my charges lowered to “10 mph over” without having to do driving school or community service. And his rates were the most reasonable. I am putting this man’s phone number on my speed dial next time I drive through Brunswick County!
